I finally found some studio time yesterday. The dolls now have arms, legs and skirts...just wigs to go! I also finished the painting below. I still plan to cover it in wax and antique it.

Whew...I've been in a whirlwind!
Sorry it's been a while since my last post! I always seem to forget how crazy-busy summers are. I have been home just a few days out of the last 3 weeks! Not complaining....I have been enjoying time with my daughters and their friends at the beach. I also had a relaxing, art filled weekend with the fantastic Mindy Lacefield of Tim's Sally at the cabin and an exciting, fun "slumber party" in Atlanta with the ever-inspiring Michelle Allen of Allen Designs and her assistant, Emilee. Also, my talented daughter, Bailey just played her first live show in Mentone, AL (a tourist town in North Alabama-she was fantastic, by the way! Click the link to see.). I told ya...whirlwind!
